The House is available for a minimum length of one year as per date stated above.

The House is suitable for a small family, but ideally a single person. It is fully furnished and self catering.  It shares the property with another rental unit - The Loft.

The House and The Loft have been rented out separately since 2003 and lean itself to the international traveler on a long term contract.  Please contact me on the contact sheet for further information.  

The rental agreement is fully managed by a reputable agency.
