The Loft is available for a minimum length of one year.

The Loft is suitable for a single person.  It is fully furnished and self catering.  It shares the property with another rental unit - The House.

The House and The Loft have been rented out separately since 2003 and lean itself to the international traveler on a long term contract.  Please contact me on the contact sheet for further information.  

The rental agreement is fully managed by a reputable agency.
